- JOB TITLE:Tele calling Executive
- REPORTS MANAGER:Team Leader Customer Service
- DIRECT REPORTS IF ANY:None
- To call new customers and close deals in Insurance sector
- To convince existing customer to renew deals
- ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 100-150 calls per day
- Converting existing customers to renew their policy
- Should have Excellent Communication Skills and Convincing Power
- QUALIFICATION:12th Grade
- Fresher or minimum one year experience in customer service
- Good communication and soft skills
- Telephonic etiquette
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel
