Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Calls: Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about products or services.
  • Inbound Calls: Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
Qualifications:
  • Education: 10th pass/fail
  • Experience: fresher/experience
  • Timing: 10:30AM to 6:00PM
  • Salary: 8,000/- + incentives
Skills:
  • Superb verbal communication.
  • Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
  • Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
