Key Responsibilities:

Making Outbound Calls

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.

Follow prepared scripts to provide accurate information and maintain consistency.

Generate interest and qualify leads for the sales team.

Handling Inbound Calls

Answer customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

Provide product details, pricing, and availability information.

Direct calls to appropriate departments if necessary.

Lead Generation and Follow-Up

Maintain a database of prospective and existing customers.

Follow up on leads through calls, messages, or emails.

Schedule appointments for field sales teams or virtual meetings.

Customer Relationship Management

Build rapport with customers and maintain positive relationships.

Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.

Handle objections and provide clear explanations to address concerns.

Sales and Conversion

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

Promote special offers and upsell additional products or services where applicable.

Close sales over the phone when possible.

Data Management and Reporting

Update CRM systems or spreadsheets with customer interaction details.

Record call outcomes, customer feedback, and next action steps.

Prepare regular performance reports for supervisors.

Coordination and Teamwork
