Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling (Sales & Promotions):

Make outgoing calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.

Follow scripts, if provided, to guide the conversation while maintaining a natural and professional tone.

Identify customer needs and pitch suitable solutions or products accordingly.

Generate leads and set appointments for field sales teams, if required.

Update call outcomes and customer responses in the database or CRM system.
2. Inbound Calling (Support & Service):

Answer incoming calls from customers and address their questions or concerns.

Provide accurate information regarding products, orders, payments, or company policies.

Assist customers in resolving basic issues or escalating complex concerns to higher departments.

Maintain a calm and helpful demeanor even during challenging calls.
3. Follow-Ups and Lead Management:

Follow up with interested or potential customers via scheduled callbacks or messages.

Maintain detailed records of each interaction, including notes on customer preferences or previous issues.

Ensure timely follow-ups to nurture leads or maintain customer engagement.
4. Customer Relationship Management:

Build rapport with customers through courteous and friendly interactions.

Collect feedback or conduct customer satisfaction surveys to improve services.

Keep the customer database updated and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
5. Coordination and Reporting:

Coordinate with internal departments such as sales, marketing, dispatch, or technical teams to resolve customer queries or fulfill orders.

Provide daily or weekly call reports to supervisors or managers.

Share feedback from customers that may help improve products or service delivery.
