Telecalling Executive
Job Description
Generate and schedule promising leads and appointment for the direct sales team
Make courteous conversation with customers and prospective customers over the phone
Ability to follow the tele-calling script
Accurately record details of interaction with the prospective customers in the format specified.
Basic computer knowledge or proficient in mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction

Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers.

Handle inbound customer calls related to product inquiries, service issues, or feedback.

Clearly explain product features, pricing, benefits, and services in a persuasive and professional manner.

Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
2. Sales and Lead Generation
-
Generate leads by calling prospective customers using the company's database or cold calling lists.

Convert leads into actual sales by following up regularly and resolving any doubts or objections.

Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets, call volumes, and conversion ratios.

Cross-sell and upsell products or services where applicable.
3. Follow-Up and Record Keeping

Maintain detailed records of calls made, customer responses, and outcomes in the CRM system or call log sheets.

Schedule follow-up calls as needed to maintain ongoing customer relationships.

Ensure all leads and queries are followed up in a timely manner to maximize conversion.
4. Handling Complaints and Queries

Listen to customer complaints or concerns and provide accurate information or escalate issues to the appropriate team.

Ensure every call ends with complete resolution or a clear next step.

Stay updated on product or service changes to provide accurate information to callers.
5. Reporting and Coordination

Share daily call reports, feedback, and sales updates with the team leader or manager.

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams as needed to handle customer requests.

Participate in regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Required Skills and Competencies

Communication: Excellent verbal communication in [English, Hindi, Tamil, or regional language as applicable]. Multilingual skills are a strong advantage.

Salesmanship: Ability to persuade, influence, and convert leads into sales through phone interactions.
