Job Title: Telecalling Executive - Telecom
Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time
Working Hours: 9.30AM to 6.00PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle customer inquiries and support operations for telecom. The role involves resolving customer issues, processing transactions, ensuring compliance, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to mobile, broadband, and landline services.
- Assist with bill payments, plan upgrades, new connections, and complaints.
- Troubleshoot network, billing, and service-related issues.
- Process SIM activation, deactivation, and number portability requests.
- Maintain customer data security and follow telecom regulatory guidelines.
Key Skills & Competencies:

✅ Knowledge of telecom
products and services (training will be provided).
