Job Description

We have opening for telecalling executive. Doing calling, follow up documentation part, online login to government portal application, form filling and other responsibilities. Salary 8 k to 10. Job Location Thane West. Interested candidate send your updated CV to us.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inbound and Outbound Calling:

    • Handle inbound calls from customers or clients to address inquiries, provide information, resolve issues, or assist with specific requests.

    • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, promote services, confirm appointments, conduct surveys, or encourage renewals or purchases.

    • Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all customer interactions.

  2. Customer Follow-Up:

    • Follow up on pending customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient resolution.

    • Track and maintain records of all follow-up actions, documenting the outcomes and next steps for each customer interaction.

    • Keep customers informed of the progress or status of their requests and applications.

    • Ensure that any customer concerns or issues are escalated appropriately when necessary.

  3. Documentation and Record Keeping:

    • Accurately maintain and update customer records in the CRM or company database.

    • Ensure all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence, is completed and filed correctly.

    • Prepare and submit reports based on customer interactions, application status, or sales progress.

    • Organize physical and digital files to keep the office running smoothly.

  4. Online Portal Login and Government Application Handling:

    • Assist customers in logging into government portals for applications, claims, or other services.

    • Verify the required documentation and fill out government forms on behalf of customers when required.

    • Submit completed applications and track the status of ongoing submissions through online platforms.

    • Ensure compliance with government regulations and accurately complete forms without errors.

    • Communicate updates to customers regarding the status of their applications or government portal interactions.

  5. Form Filling and Application Assistance:

    • Help customers complete forms accurately and legibly, either online or offline.

    • Collect and validate the required documents and personal information needed for form submissions.

    • Submit and track form applications (including government forms) ensuring all data is correct and submitted within deadlines.

    • Provide guidance to customers on filling out forms or navigating online submission platforms, ensuring they understand the process.

  6. Other Administrative Duties:

    • Manage and prioritize your daily tasks, ensuring all customer calls, follow-ups, and applications are handled in a timely manner.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Respond to emails and other communication channels, providing support as needed.

    • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies regarding customer data and interactions.

  7. Reporting and Data Entry:

    • Maintain accurate logs of all customer interactions, including call summaries, follow-up actions, and application statuses.

    • Prepare reports for supervisors or team leaders, highlighting customer feedback, call performance, and any outstanding tasks or issues.

    • Ensure all data is entered into company systems or databases promptly and correctly.

  8. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.

    • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities while handling calls, offering additional services or products when appropriate.

    • Respond promptly to customer queries, ensuring that their needs are met and issues resolved.
