Job Title: Telecalling Freight Dispatcher Sales Executive

Job Summary:**As a Telecalling Freight Dispatcher Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, prospecting potential clients, and initiating cold calls to promote transportation services. Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for further sales discussions. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a proactive approach to generating business opportunities through telecalling.

Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:   
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries with transportation needs.   
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, prospecting, and networking activities.
2. Telecalling and Cold Calling:  
- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce transportation services and identify potential opportunities.  
- Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their transportation requirements and challenges.   
- Present relevant solutions and benefits to prospects to pique their interest and secure appointments for further discussions.
3. Relationship Building:  
- Build rapport with prospects through effective communication and active listening.   
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during interactions to establish credibility and trust.
4. Sales Support:  
- Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads, provide additional information, and facilitate the sales process.   
- Document all communication and interactions with prospects accurately in the CRM system.
5. Performance Tracking:  
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality.   
- Continuously evaluate and refine telecalling strategies to optimize results and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications:
-- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive telephone manner.
- Persistence, resilience, and a positive attitude in handling rejection.
- Basic knowledge of transportation logistics and freight services (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
