About the internship
Join us as a Telecalling intern at Tour Passion! As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to enhance your skills in effective communication, data structures, spoken English proficiency, and written English proficiency while gaining hands-on experience in the travel industry. Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to travel agents to gather feedback on the company's services
2. Handle data effectively by accurately recording feedback and other relevant information obtained during calls
3. Collect data from travel agents regarding their experiences with the company's services, including satisfaction levels, areas for improvement, and suggestions
4. Manage e-files containing feedback forms, contact details of travel agents, and other relevant documents
5. Maintain a detailed record of all interactions with travel agents, including call logs, feedback received, and follow-up actions taken
6. Ensure timely and professional communication with travel agents, addressing any queries or concerns they may have
7. Collaborate with the team to analyze feedback data and identify trends or patterns to improve service quality
8. Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction based on feedback received
