Job Description
1. Handling telephonic conversation and collecting the residential and commercial property requirements from both landlords and tenants
2. Explaining the product and packages offered and fix the confirmed appointments with landlords/tenants
3. Providing maximum number of appointments to the sales executives for rental service
4. Updating the customers' (tenant/landlord) details in track sheets and follow up for closure
5. Posting registration process confirmation via email for both landlords and tenants
6. Working on CRM database maintenance and tracking

1. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to thrive under pressure
2. Must possess sound knowledge about the local real estate market and local language
3. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills
4. Must have strong inbound & outbound telesales experience
5. Must be able to satisfy the customer and be customer-centric by efficient service
6. Should have hands-on experience in e-commerce websites, sourcing, computer systems, and applications
7. Soft skills - outgoing and energetic attitude, good listening skills, multi-tasking ability, excellent problem-solving capabilities, self-motivated
