Telecalling Job in Bizmend at Delhi

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Telecalling/web chatting/emailing the customers/potential customers interested in our services
2. Following up and managing leads generated from the campaign
3. Accessing customer's needs and issues to recommend the features, benefits, and value of our service offerings specific to the customer
4. Utilizing web inquiries as calling data and following up on these inquiries
5. Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
6. Achieving targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
7. Following the sales process to maximize sales potential
8. Understanding customer needs and requirements
9. Developing, managing and growing existing client relationships
