About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling the leads and explaining the product and services offered by the company
2. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
3. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services
4. Making recordings of all the sales phone calls and sales deals
5. Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner
6. Maintaining the database of the customers regularly
7. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements
8. Reporting every day on an Excel sheet
