About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling and coordinating with the customers and offering services of the company
2. Maintaining relationships between existing customers as well as prospective customers
3. Obtaining customer information and other relevant data
4. Answering questions of the customer and understanding their specifications
5. Maintaining all the sales phone calls and sales deals
6. Taking and processing service data professionally
7. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis
8. Suggesting solutions based on customer's needs and requirements

1. Work experience as a telecaller, or a similar role in the sales department
2. Great interpersonal skills
3. Exceptional oral and written communication skills
4. Strong organizational skills
5. Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required
6. Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
