About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage quality profile through quality parameter designing module
2. Work on bad fits, reopen cases, quality check, IVR calls
3. Create and publish regular audit reports with management and clients
4. identify gaps and conduct feedback and refresher with clients to improve the sales
5. Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics support that support key business decisions
6. Maintain and expand the company's database of prospects
