Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Calling/attending to students through emails and phones calls
2. Handling students' inquiries, admissions, documentation, etc.
3. Processing enquires by coordinating with the operations team
4. Maintaining records of day-to-day activities
5. Calling, messaging (WhatsApp) prospects/students on the database provided
6. Following up with the students (our main aim is to increase admissions to our coaching classes)
