Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Contacting respective leads and making them aware of the webinar conducted by
the company
2. Contacting existing leads as well as prospective leads using scripts
3. Following up with the leads and ensuring their attendance in the webinar
4. Asking questions to the leads and understanding their specifications
5. Resolving queries and issues related to the webinar
6. Making records of all the phone calls
7. Maintaining the database of the leads on a regular basis
