Your responsibilities will include:
1. Conducting outbound calls to potential clients, providing them with information about our financial services, and generating leads for our sales team
2. Responding to incoming calls from clients, addressing their queries, and providing them with excellent customer service
3. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all calls made and received in MS Excel, ensuring proper documentation for future reference
4. Collaborating with the sales team to identify potential prospects and develop strategies to maximize lead conversion
5. Assisting in the development and implementation of telecalling scripts and strategies to enhance customer engagement and achieve sales targets
6. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and stay updated with industry trends
7. Adhering to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
