Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and deliver an engaging pitch about our products and services.
2. Keep accurate records of all calls made and ensure timely follow-ups with interested leads.
3. Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze customer data and generate reports for the sales team.
4. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify target demographics and develop tailored call scripts.
5. Assist in organizing and managing customer databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
7. Continuously update product knowledge to effectively address customer queries and upsell additional offerings.
