Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and effectively communicate product information, benefits, and pricing
2. Handle customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely information, and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
3. Maintain and update customer databases using MS Excel to track call progress, customer details, and sales leads
4. Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify potential leads and appointments for further follow-ups
5. Assist in creating and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
6. Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to effectively address customer queries
7. Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance customer experience and optimize sales processes
