Telecalling Officer – ResGenesis Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (male/female)

Job Description

Handling Outbound calls, cold calling to Customers who are willing to apply for Credits Cards
Would be part of the collections team handling outbound calls / emails from Credit Card holders.
Responsible for achieving the call centre targets on a daily basis like AHT, Productivity, Cross sell, retention, first call resolution along with ensuring high quality of service with zero unscheduled leaves/ absenteeism.
Would be required to contribute to cross sell targets through outbound channels.
Job requires Compliant to Business Policy, processes and procedures

Qualifications/Requirements

Desired- 0-1 years’ experience in Collections- in a customer-facing role.
10th, 10+2, Graduate in Any Discipline
Looking for candidates who are multi lingual (English/Hindi/Telugu). Any other language apart from these three would be an added benefit
