Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outbound Calling:

Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to prospective customers using company-provided leads or databases.

Explain products/services clearly, persuasively, and professionally over the phone.

Engage with both cold and warm leads to promote offerings and generate interest.
2. Lead Conversion & Sales:

Convert leads into confirmed sales or qualified appointments.

Follow-up regularly with interested prospects to close the sale.

Handle objections, answer questions, and provide complete information to customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional attitude in all interactions.

Build long-term relationships with potential customers through consistent follow-up.

Record customer responses, feedback, or complaints accurately and pass to the appropriate department if needed.
4. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of all calls, follow-ups, outcomes, and customer data in CRM systems or Excel sheets.

Submit daily/weekly reports to team leaders or managers summarizing performance and conversion rates.
5. Script Adherence & Product Knowledge:

Use prepared sales scripts to promote products or services effectively, adapting language as needed.

Stay updated with detailed product or service knowledge to confidently handle customer inquiries.

Participate in regular training sessions on sales techniques and new offerings.
6. Target Achievement:

Work toward and achieve weekly/monthly sales or call targets (e.g., number of calls, conversions, appointments booked).

Maintain high productivity and motivation even in high-pressure environments.
