Hiring: Participate in the recruitment process by interviewing and hiring new agents or other key team members.
• Team Leadership & Development: The team leader needs to maintain high levels of motivation within the team, get work done by team and inspire them to achieve their targets.
• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote properties,
• Networking: Attending real estate events, conferences, and other opportunities for networking and expanding business relations.
• Lead Generation: Supervise and participate in the generation of leads, ensuring the team is actively acquiring upcoming new business.
• Team Dynamics: Being a positive work environment, addressing any issues that may arise within the team and encouraging the collaboration.
• Real Estate Tools: Ensure that the team is occupied with the latest tools and technology, such as CRM systems, property databases, and virtual tour software.
