Telecalling/ Telemarketing Executive Job in GalTech Technologies at Thrissur

We are looking for female Telecalling/ Telemarketing Executive who can call and handle the inquiries for our training center.

Responsibilities and skills
1. Answer questions about courses or the company
2. Ask questions to understand student requirements and enroll them in courses
3. Enter and update students/leads information in the database
4. Ability to learn about courses and services and describe/explain them to prospects
5. Knowledge of English/Malayalam
6. Keep a record of calls and note useful information
7. Proven experience as a Telecaller/ Telemarketing Executive will be considered an added advantage
8. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills

Education
Bachelor's Degree
