Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. The role involves generating leads, promoting products or services, resolving customer queries, and achieving sales or service targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

Promote company products or services and explain their benefits.

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-up calls.
2. Inbound Call Handling
-
Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about products or services.

Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while assisting customers.

Record customer requirements and escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.
3. Sales & Target Achievement
-
Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and persuasion.

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.

Upsell or cross-sell products/services where possible.
4. Customer Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Follow up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Provide accurate information and assist customers in making informed decisions.
5. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain an updated database of customer interactions, leads, and sales in the CRM system.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on call activities and target achievements.

Ensure proper documentation of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions.
Required Skills and Competencies
1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and local languages.

Good listening skills and a confident speaking voice.

Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.
2. Sales & Persuasion Skills

Strong convincing ability and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into customers.

Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer psychology.
3. Technical & Computer Skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and email handling.

Comfortable using telecalling systems and mobile applications.
