- For B.E (ECE) fresher’s on 14th January (Monday) 2019 who are Interested to work in Telecom Domain.
- Role: Telecom Trainee
- CTC: 2 L (for the 1st Year)
- Education: BE (ECE), ME (Communications) 2017 or 2018 passed outs
- Consistent 70% and above marks throughout 10th, 12th, UG / PG
- Good communication skills
- Good Knowledge in Telecom products & Functional Call flows
- GSM and GPRS Concepts
- Ready to work in rotational shifts
- Only Male candidates
- Candidates must be willing to sign a 3-Year service agreement which is Non-breakable
- Handling all the Mobile Network related technical complaints within SLA
- Monitor and trend analysis
- Regular review with CS managers along with business operations to improve operational efficiency
- Trigger incident to GTAC based on the technical complaints and follow-up for closure by regular review
- Review the incidents with the concern stakeholders
- Initial Screening
- Online Aptitude (English, Reasoning, Quants)
- Online Technical (GSM, GPRS)
- Technical Interview
- HR Discussion
