Job Description

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and training programs
  • Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly admission targets.
  • Explain course curriculum, fees, schedules, placement assistance, and career prospects.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead status in the CRM.
  • Coordinate with the academic, finance, and placement teams for a smooth admission process.
  • Assist students with registration, documentation, and fee collection.
  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and daily reports.
  • Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely communication and support.
