Job Description

In this role, you will work with our telehealth team and have the opportunity to play a direct role in providing care to patients through remote patient monitoring (RPM). You will analyze patients’ vital signs as captured by our device, in order to identify patients’ triage levels. We are seeking individuals who are committed to providing quality remote care with a priority for patient safety.

Roles & Responsibilities

Note: This is a remote role which requires a candidate to work in shifts to enable 24/7 patient monitoring. To be considered, it is required for you to have a stable internet connection. We encourage candidates who are looking to start their career in patient-centric healthcare or the medical devices industry to apply
What You’ll Do

• Provide continuous virtual monitoring of patients’ vital signs under the direction of on-duty hospital staff and according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Collaborate and communicate with clinical partners and healthcare practitioners on patient progress, including flagging any critical patients
• Provide real-time assessment and generate reports for interpretation by healthcare practitioners
  This role reports to the VP of SW Engineering.

Eligibility

What We're Looking For
Qualification and Experience:

• You have a degree in a STEM discipline (biotechnology/bioinformatics/biomedical engineering preferred)
• You have an understanding of vital parameters such as pulse rate, SpO2 saturation levels, etc.
  Skill sets:
• You are excited about the impact of using medical device technology in healthcare delivery
• You have strong patient orientation
• You are detail oriented and a quick learner
• You have strong analytical skills with an infinity toward recognizing patterns within data 
• You have the ability to work with minimal supervision
• You have good oral and written English communication skills 
• You are open to working in shifts, including nights and weekends
