Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Mumbai for a Telemarketer at Techberry Infotech Pvt Ltd - Database Managed Service. The Telemarketer will be responsible for tasks related to appointment scheduling, communication with Candidates, customers, sales, and utilizing interpersonal skills to engage with prospective fresh graduate as well as clients. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and a customer-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting freshers and inviting them for meetings.
• Explaining the courses and their benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Completing the admission process and maintaining accurate records.
• Following up on scheduled payments and ensuring timely collections.
• Tracking the progress of existing students on their training schedules.
• Providing guidance and support to trainees as and when required.
