Job Description
We’re ZipPaisa Solutions Private Limited (India-based since 2014, specializing in BPO & customer support) recruiting a Telecaller for our remote customer service team. This is a fixed-paid role (no volunteer, unpaid, or speculative work) open exclusively to candidates in India.
Conduct outbound calls to potential/existing clients to explain our BPO, digital marketing, and customer support services
Address client queries with patience and clear communication (English required; Hindi proficiency preferred)
Document call details (feedback, follow-up tasks) in our secure internal system
Fulfill daily call volume targets (15-20 calls/hour, no unrealistic quotas)
Requirements:entry-level candidates with strong communication skills considered
Stable internet connection + mobile phone (no extra equipment needed)
Availability for 1-3 hours/day (10 AM-6 PM IST, flexible shifts offered)
High school diploma minimum (bachelor’s degree a plus, not mandatory)
Compensation & Payment (100% Compliant with r/hiring Rules):Fixed Base Pay: ₹415 per hour (≈$5/hour). Per Purchasing Power Parity (PPP) calculations, this aligns to the U.S. $15/hour minimum wage for remote roles in India (reference: India Naukri.com 2024 Remote Customer Service Salary Report, which cites average ₹400-₹600/hour for similar roles).
Performance Bonus: Additional ₹200-₹500/day (fixed for meeting quality targets, no 'commission-only' structure).
Payment Method: Monthly fixed bank transfer (INR) to your Indian bank account—no equity, barter, 'pay-what-you-want,' or bounty-based compensation.
