Job Description
Telecalling associate
- Tele-callers to pitch dunzo concept to potential runner leads+ Increase calling conversion, test out sales methods
- Motivated, willing to learn, hard working, and smart candidates (non-negotiable)
- Bachelor's degree holder (preferred by not a necessity)
- Is able to work independently and take on increasing responsibility
- Preferably <4 years of work experience (but open to hiring candidates with higher experience too)
- Opportunity to be part of a growing start-up, which means exponential learning, and leadership potential as business scales
- The role will be purely on contractual basis for at least first 6-12 months.
- High performing candidates would be absorbed as full-time employees.
