Telemarketing Executive

Infopark, Kochi

Department: Sales

Job Responsibilities:
To call prospective customers and generate interest in the Digital Marketing services by communicating its features passionately.
To generate quality appointments for the BDE’s of the sales team.
Answer calls in a timely and professional manner.
Respond to customer inquiries and generating new leads – Online & offline.
Daily follow up of interested leads.
Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
Maintain database in order to maintain call and appointment records.
Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Manager

Required Skillset:

Must have good presentation skill with a minimum experience of 1 – 2 years in telemarketing
Should have Sales attitude
Good in English and Malayalam
Strong Results Orientation and Execution Excellence
High Customer Centricity
