Job Description
- Contact leads / potential customers by telephone (outbound calls)
- New Client Acquisition / conversions of prospected leads
- Explain the product and services to potential customers / leads
- Handle customer questions / queries and resolve accordingly
- Obtain customer information and inputs as per our requirement
- Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Contact customers to follow up on initial interaction
- Should be willing to work as receptionist too as & when required
