Make outbound telephone calls to prospective clients from provided databases or leads generated by marketing activities.

Present the company’s products or services clearly and persuasively, tailoring the message based on the customer profile.

Follow up on leads and previous conversations to convert inquiries into confirmed business opportunities.

Inbound Query Handling:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or online inquiries from potential and existing customers.

Provide accurate product information, pricing, and benefits to interested customers.

Direct complex queries or leads to the appropriate internal teams or sales representatives.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

Identify potential prospects through cold calling, referrals, social media research, or events.

Qualify leads by gathering information about their needs, budget, and purchasing timeline.

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for field sales or account managers when required.

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients by offering excellent customer service.

Ensure regular follow-up with clients to maintain engagement and increase the chances of future sales.

Address customer complaints or objections professionally, aiming to find a satisfactory resolution.

Data Management and Reporting:

Maintain and update customer databases, recording all call details, responses, feedback, and follow-up activities.

Submit daily/weekly reports on call activities, lead status, and sales performance to the Telemarketing Manager.

Analyze call outcomes and customer feedback to identify trends or areas for improvement.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging based on campaign effectiveness.

Coordinate with the sales department to align efforts and share insights about customer behavior and feedback.

Participate in training sessions and team meetings to improve communication skills and product knowledge.
