Requirements:

 Languages Required: Fluency in Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and English (preferred

but not compulsory).

 Strong verbal communication and listening skills.

Preferred Skills:

 Prior experience in loan sales or financial services will be an added advantage.

 Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.

 Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

 Full-time position.

 Flexible working hours depending on the location or company policy.

 Female candidates only due to the nature of the role and work environment.

 In-office position with potential for growth within the company.

 Ability to influence and persuade customers.

 Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
