Job Description
We are looking for the services of a Telemarketing Executive who can convert the leads generated.
Requirements:
- Maintain detailed records of outgoing and ongoing calls as well as follow up information and outcomes
- Good communication skills, fluent in English.
- Intercept and respond to customer complaints or concerns with products and seek to resolve the problem while adhering to company policy.
- Qualification: Minimum Graduation qualification is a must.
- Note: This is not an online job. Employees will have to report to the office. Office time from 9 Am To 5 PM.
- Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
