Job Description

Generate sales via outbound & inbound phone calls and chat conversations with prospects

Engage potential clients to understand their needs and offer relevant AI‑centric solutions .

Effectively communicate product benefits, overcoming objections, and convert inquiries into closed sales
-
Maintain accurate customer data in CRM; update records promptly
-
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
-
Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and nurturing relationships
-
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to optimize messaging and streamline handoffs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Telesales:
-
Make outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company.
-
Explain products/services clearly and convincingly to prospective customers.
-
Handle inquiries, objections, and follow-ups effectively to close sales.
-
Maintain daily call logs, sales records, and feedback in CRM systems.
-
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly call volume and sales targets.
2. Chat Sales:
-
Engage with website visitors or app users through live chat tools.
-
Understand customer queries, provide quick solutions, and recommend products.
-
Respond to chat inquiries with correct grammar, clear sentences, and a customer-friendly tone.

Convert chat conversations into confirmed leads or direct sales.

Handle multiple chat windows at a time with accuracy and speed.
3. Lead Management:

Track leads from both calling and chat platforms.

Follow up via phone, WhatsApp, or email as needed.

Assign leads to sales pipelines and update their status regularly.

Maintain a high level of customer engagement until conversion or closure.
4. Product Knowledge & Upselling:

Stay updated on product features, pricing, offers, and competitor information.

Explain technical or commercial aspects in a simple and convincing way.

Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Recommend customized solutions based on customer needs.
5. Customer Experience & Feedback:

Maintain a friendly and helpful attitude across all interactions.

Ensure a smooth customer journey from inquiry to final sale.

Collect feedback on the service and report pain points to improve the process.

Build rapport with returning or repeat customers to boost loyalty.
Required Skills:

Excellent verbal communication for telesales in Hindi, English, regional languages.

Strong written communication for chat support – good grammar and clarity.

Persuasive, confident, and target-driven approach.

Active listening and quick problem-solving abilities.

Basic computer knowledge – typing, CRM software, email, chat tools, Excel.
