Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Telesales Associate to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving room bookings and promotional packages through outbound and inbound calls, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote resort packages, special offers, and events.
- Respond to inbound inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort services, amenities, and promotional packages.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM tools.
- Build rapport with customers, understand their travel needs, and offer tailored solutions.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide accurate information to address queries.
- Coordinate with the Reservations and Front Office teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 0-1 year of Telesales or customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or travel.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or Konkani & Marathi is a plus.
- Goal-driven, persuasive, and energetic.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
- High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time, including weekends and holidays (as per business needs)
- Shift timings: Rotational (between 9 AM and 8 PM)
