Job Description
- Executive Associate - Operator [Marketing Dept]
- Location: India
- Telecommuting: Needs Approval
- Type: full time / partime
- fulltime between 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST
- parttime 4 hour between 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM IST
Job Tasks:
- Deliver prepared sales talks, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to persuade potential customers to purchase a product or service.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers.
- Contact businesses or private individuals by telephone to solicit sales for goods or services.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
- Explain technical product or service information to customers.
- Answer customer questions about goods or services.
- Obtain customer information such as name, address, and payment method, and enter orders into computers.
- Maintain records of customer accounts.
- Record names, addresses, purchases, and reactions of prospects contacted.
- Maintain records of customer accounts.
- Obtain names and telephone numbers of potential customers from sources such as telephone directories, magazine reply cards, and lists purchased from other organizations.
- Identify potential customers.
- Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
- Develop content for sales presentations or other materials.
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
- Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
- Contact current or potential customers to promote products or services.
Maintain records of contacts, accounts, and orders.
- Maintain records of customer accounts.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.
- Schedule appointments with prospective customers.
- Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential customers.

- High school diploma or equivalent AND two (2) years of relevent work experience, above an entry level
OR
Completion of a one-year vocational/technical training program in business and other occupationsd or related area AND one (1) years of relevent work experience, above an entry level.
OR
One year of college coursework AND one (1) years of relevent work experience, above an entry level
OR
One year of college course work including courses in business management, math, computer sciences, stem subjects or a closely related field.
