True Five Services is recruiting Telesales Executives for generating leads for financial products [Mortgage Loans / Commercial Loans] to customers .
Responding and Conversion of leads into potential accounts handling calls and processing Customer Applications.
Candidates must be bilingual Fluent in Punjabi and English
Can be based anywhere in India with good access to High Speed Internet and PC / Laptop

MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Making outbound calls for generating leads for financial products [Mortgage Loans / Commercial Loans] to customers .
Handle queries from customer and provide them with a solution to their queries.
Meet daily and monthly targets as per performance matrices
Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to queries and followups.
Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations.
Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize work time to ensure productivity and department standards.
Should be open to work and perform as per business requirement under various line of businesses.
Working Hours will be USA West Coast (PST)
Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures.
Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or query.
