Job Description
1. Making inbound /outbound calls. 2. Follow up with incoming leads. 3. Coordination with the sales team to ensure maximum lead conversion. 4. Maintaining an accurate database of the call records 5.Presentation of the same on a timely basis. 6. Fixing appointments for the Business Development team. 7. Appraisals every six months, monthly performance bonus. 8.Customer Service Professional. 9.Handling customer queries and service through chat and email. 10. Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to customers through chats & emails or calls.
