Job Description
Telemarketing Representative Job Duties: (Voice Process, Outbound Sales, Tele calling)
l Candidates has to be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers each day to discuss Insurance plan and set appointment with prospective customers
l Influence customers to buy product (Insurance) by following a prepared script to give product reference information
l Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
l Maintain operations by following policies and procedures of the organization
l Maintain Quality and Service by following organization standards.
l Individual has to contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
l Candidates would be required to achieve sales targets
l Salary Band 10,000/- + commission based on achievements
l Language skill set Manageable English with good Kannada.
l Shift Time-9.30 to 6.30 pm .
l. No of position 60 Tele callers
l.Education SSLC and above
