Job Description
Responsibilities
Responsible for new client acquisition
End to end sales process from lead generation to business closure
Short-term and Long-term sales plan, sales approaches, and strategies
Manage lead generation process via cold calls/emails/social media platforms
Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications
Train and ensure adherence to the sales process
Cross-selling, outbound sales, and reference sales
Negotiation and repeat business
Finding newer avenues for tapping clientele
Responsible for achieving the set targets
Serve as a basic point of contact for clients with complaints, queries, and feedbacks
Prepare daily reports on tasks and activities performed
Candidate Profile
MANDATORY- Should have US accent or should be able to communicate with US clients comfortably over calls
Must be experienced with international tech sales/ support
Must be comfortable with US shift timing: 6:00 PM- 3:00 AM
Applicants are required to possess at least a graduate degree in sales and marketing or business development
1+ years of relevant work experience in account management or business development roles
Excellent command of spoken and written English
Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams within the organization
Strong IT skills, proficient with computer, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific applications
Negotiation skills
Quick learner, detail-oriented, and ability to adapt to new processes in a limited time frame.
