Responsibilities

• Responsible for new client acquisition

• End to end sales process from lead generation to business closure

• Short-term and Long-term sales plan, sales approaches, and strategies

• Manage lead generation process via cold calls/emails/social media platforms

• Ensure correct usage of CRM and other sales applications

• Train and ensure adherence to the sales process

• Cross-selling, outbound sales, and reference sales

• Negotiation and repeat business

• Finding newer avenues for tapping clientele

• Responsible for achieving the set targets

• Serve as a basic point of contact for clients with complaints, queries, and feedbacks

• Prepare daily reports on tasks and activities performed

Candidate Profile

• MANDATORY- Should have US accent or should be able to communicate with US clients comfortably over calls

• Must be experienced with international tech sales/ support

• Must be comfortable with US shift timing: 6:00 PM- 3:00 AM

• Applicants are required to possess at least a graduate degree in sales and marketing or business development

• 1+ years of relevant work experience in account management or business development roles

• Excellent command of spoken and written English

• Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and teams within the organization

• Strong IT skills, proficient with computer, Microsoft Office, and industry-specific applications

• Negotiation skills

• Quick learner, detail-oriented, and ability to adapt to new processes in a limited time frame.
