Job Description
- Handling telephonic and walk-in enquiries at the centre
- Making outbound calls from database and offering them services
- Following the defined sales process to convert service into members
- Making required number of calls for following up with Enquiries which are not converted
- Meeting Sales and conversion Targets
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining to them features and converting them into Members
