Role Overview:  

  • As telesales executive you will be responsible for all aspects of the sales life- Cycle. 
  • This will include cold calling, lead generation, revenue generation and all other aspects related to sales and customer servicing.
  • You will be responsible for building long term relationships with students appearing for competitive exams  like JEE, KVPY, NYSE, SAT and other exams offering solutions that benefits students and improve the overall business productivity and profitability.
  • Lead generation & opportunity funnel creation through tele-calling/demonstration.
  • Counselling, relationship building and after sales support.
  • Direct selling of our range of products to students.
  • Identify, analyse, pursue and report on business opportunities with existing and prospective clients.
  • Engage with marketing team to generate leads and convert them in to playing customers.
  • Handling all incoming calls/Perform outbound calls from prospective clients.
  • Cold calling for business development.
  • Handling inquiries and getting enrolments.
  • Counselling of students /Parents on course offered.
  • Maintain and update daily calling database and ensuring daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Willingness to grow within the segment and lead in future
  • Any graduate with good communication skills preferably from education counselling and sales
  • Must have expert convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with start-up expectation.
