We are hiring fresher’s Experience candidates for Domestic Call Center/ Customer Care Executive For Voice Process For Delhi/NCR Location For MB Life Science Pvt Ltd And Well Known in healthcare industries

Locations for the position - Customer Service Executive :Delhi Ghaziabad

Responsibilities :

The candidate is required to attend to the customer calls and provide them the required information. And responsible for selling MB Life Science Product.
The candidate should be able to understand the clients requirements and work upon resolving them.
The candidate will be responsible for efficient dealing of complaints to completion and enabling satisfaction of customer.

Skills:

Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
Selected candidates will have choice to work either in Day or Night shifts
Both fresher’s as well as experienced candidates can apply
Good command over Hindi needed with basic computer knowledge and positive attitude.
Educational High School/Graduates/B Tech/ MBA /Dropouts
Salary for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive:
10000 PLUS INCENTIVES for night Shift Only
Language preference for BPO/ Call Center/ Customer Care Executive :Hindi
NOTE – We preferred Only Male Candidates
