Loan selling and cross selling other financial products such as credit cards.
Managing the day to day relationship with loan seeking customers.
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Cross selling.
Answering questions about loan and financial products or the company.
Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Push for achieving sales to the incoming calls.
Decent typing speed to update the CRM.
Targets to earn upto 50,000 per month incentives.
Salary will be provided as per communication skills and interview performance.
Candidate should be willing to travel to Sikandarpur metro station in Gurgaon, as office will be shifting to Gurgaon in couple of months.
