- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while upselling.
- Driving towards customer delight and ensuring smooth rendering of services
- Acting like a consultant to the client and offering them recommended services and solutions.
- Maximizing weekly revenues by overachieving daily targets
- Retaining and renewing customers as well as maximizing the revenue while up-selling.
- Proven inside sales experience, track record of over-achieving quota, strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools, experience working with web domain, Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong listening and presentation skills
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and cold calls and emails, understand customer needs and requirements
- Coordination of clients' concerns and adjustment of the services or products to the clients' needs, Resolving of any issues of clients and cooperation with respective other departments
- Maintain knowledge of both competitor activity and industry best practice; regular timely updates to help future planning
- Share insights in market trends and competitor info with HQ.
