Job Description

  • The candidate will be responsible for doing outbound calls to existing customers and receiving inbound calls. they have to create leads, generate meeting and site visits and coordinate with the sales team. 
  • Lead generation is the key role in which they have to maintain the lead to site visit ratio. Excellent verbal communications in English and Hindi. 
  • Fantastic negotiating skills required.
  • Doing Out-bound calls as per the leads receive from the support team.
  • Calling out customer and making sales pitch to prospective clients
  • Responsible for achieving daily and monthly lead generation target.
  • Calling up customers and explaining about the projects.
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a project.
  • Answer questions about focus projects of the company & fix meetings.
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate requirement and fix the meeting with the sales team.
  • Enter and update customer information in the database. 
  • Maintain records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Fully responsible for meeting and exceeding targets as assigned periodically.
  • Reaching productivity that meets job standards, while working with speed and accuracy
  • Flexible, able to shift priorities to accommodate changing demands.
  • Ensure no losses or errors occurred while assisting customers
  • Work towards ensuring zero cases of mis-selling / fraud in the processes
  • Responding in a timely and effective manner to all internal communication. 
  • Adheres to and supports company policies and practices.
