The Opportunity:

As a Customer Support Executive/Tele Sales Executive for CIMET, you will be part of an amazing team, speaking to warm consumers to assist with their energy and broadband bills.

You’ll learn how to control your pipeline and be given multiple ways to earn commissions on every call you make.

Responsibilities:

·         Manage outbound and inbound calls

·         Identify and assess customers’ needs to provide the correct solution and achieve customer satisfaction

·         Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

·         Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools

·         Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

·         Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

·         Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

·         Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

·         Take the extra mile to engage customers

·         Maintaining reports and updating team leads and meeting monthly targets

Requirements:

·         Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative will be helpful

·         Good English language communication skills

·         Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

·         Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

·         Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

·         Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

·         Must have computer knowledge, familiarity with MS Office such as excel and word.

·         Minimum qualification required is Graduate.

·         Passionate candidates who are willing to work in the early morning shift.
