We are looking for a Telecaller Executive (Night Shift) who has sound knowledge in the USA Voice Calling process.
Job Description:
- Telemarketing executive required for USA voice process
- Solving queries on call for incoming leads
- Making enhanced outbound calls on leads provided by the company
- Must have well versed in Oral and Written communication skills.
- Supporting other functions with various initiatives as and when necessary
- Maintaining database and sharing status reports to management
- Any graduate male candidates preferred who are comfortable to work night shifts
- Exp: 2+ yrs with strong communication skills and customer interaction
